Is your design Simple or Complex?
If possible provide a vector version of artwork. Engravings of photographs takes too long and are generally not clear so it's best to stick to logos and line art as seen in the examples. I will try to work with you on the art as best as possible . However if changes or file manipulation is needed there will be an additional charge of $10 so you would select "Complex Design" in the drop down.
